A little History:
SOLscape first opened its doors in 2014. We are a fresh, new company! Founder, Jon DeHoyos, has been in landscaping since 1997. He has been involved with all aspects of the industry, but what he is most passionate about is design.
In addition to landscaping, Jon is a professional artist, and he brings his artistic eye to landscape design. While working with color, texture and timing he makes sure that your landscape is as sustainable as it is beautiful.
We are proud to be the Hartford area’s first permaculture oriented landscape provider. We received our NOFA certification over the winter of 2015/16, specializing in organic and sustainable landscapes that will thrive with little attention. We take the time to understand both the specific conditions of your landscape, and your vision of an ideal outdoor living space.
Jon was extremely easy to work with, very processional and friendly. He clearly explains his process and how he planned to meet our expectations. Would recommend his service to anyone.

Jon and his crew did a great job with our pool landscape. We are very happy with everything that was selected and planted. We felt that they went above and beyond what was expected! We will definitley be using them again in the future

Jon was great! Negotiated a fair price for the work done, arrived exactly when he said, even though I wasn’t home. Finished on time, and the work was exactly what I asked for. No nonsense, good business. I highly recommend him and will call him again whenever I have a similar need. I understand he also does landscaping and plan to use him this spring to make some changes to our gardens. A+
